UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
