UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Silverline Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cincinnati with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
