UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Linden Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Baltimore. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
