UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Maple Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
