UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home.
What you will do
• Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
What we are looking for
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have

• Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs.
