UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Lumen Granite Learning Group · Remote · contract

Lumen Granite Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
