UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
