UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Fresno design routes and schedules. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in survey data. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
