UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer complaints. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
