UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
