UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Fernwood Ember Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
