UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in San Antonio. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
