UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tampa area, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
