UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Stonegate Keystone Arts Center Group · Remote · part time
Stonegate Keystone Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Houston presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review.
You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management.
What you will do
• Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
What we are looking for
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in ticketing.
Working arrangement
• Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings.
• Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
