UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Nova Summit Press Group produces print and digital publications in Denver. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
