UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Redstone River Community Partners is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 952 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in client intake. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
