UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
