What you will do
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure.
What we are looking for

• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have

• Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester.
