UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Minneapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
