UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Nova Beacon Early Learning · Remote · full time

Nova Beacon Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
