UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Denver with claims and service teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
