UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Clearpath Granite Community Partners is a Minneapolis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
