UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Foxglove Mill Transit Planning · Remote · full time

You would join a large organisation of about 779 people, working mostly from home.
What you will do
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
What we are looking for

• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in survey data.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule.
• Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison.
• We reply to every applicant.
