UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 642 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
