UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
