UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Lumen Wilder Learning Group · Remote · full time
We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review.
You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home.
What you will do
• Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
What we are looking for
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in enrolment.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, on a regular day shift.
• Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise.
