UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning · Remote · full time
Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review.
You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home.
What you will do
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Design for tasks around accessibility audits that people do under time pressure.
What we are looking for
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have
• Background in accessibility audits.
• Experience running usability tests.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule.
• Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus.
• We reply to every applicant.
