UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Westbrook Studio · Remote · part time

Westbrook Studio is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
