UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
