UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove North Pharma develops and makes medicines in El Paso. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
