UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sable Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
