UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove Vale Early Learning · Remote · full time

USD 72,000-80,000

Foxglove Vale Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
