UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Lumen Wilder Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
