UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Atlanta, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
