UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Jackson. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
