UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
