UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Lumen Meadow Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
