USD 62,000-77,000

Rivermark North Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 482 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
