You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home.
What you will do
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
What we are looking for
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in classroom supplies.
Working arrangement
