UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Nova Pine Financial Group is a financial-services company in Spokane. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
