UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Clearpath Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Nashville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
