UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Bright Vista Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
