UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Lumen Wilder Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
