UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Clearpath Vale Financial · Remote · part time
Clearpath Vale Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work.
Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology.
What you will do
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
What we are looking for
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have
• Background in regulatory reports.
• Experience running usability tests.
Working arrangement
• Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days.
• Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
