UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Denver with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
