UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in San Diego, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
