UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Amberfield Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Dallas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
