Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners · Remote · full time

Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 973 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
