UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Summit Beacon Markets Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
