UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Redstone Summit Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
